Shipping policy

All shipping charges will be calculated at a flat rate. Please see below for shipping zones. If you're unable to ship to your country of choice, email info@celestedaport.com. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Canada - $20 CAD
Canada Post - Expedited Parcel - Estimated 4/5 Business Days. 

America - $30 CAD
Canada Post - Expedited Parcel - Estimated 5 Business Days.  

Europe - $50 CAD
Canada Post - Small Packet International -  Estimated 6/12 Business Days 

All orders will ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) via Canada Post. You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped and will receive a tracking number.

Local (Vancouver, BC) pickup is available on request. To initiate, please email info@celestedaport.com.

Import Charges 

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

When importing items outside of Canada, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Undelivered Items 

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
